The contract refers to the study, construction drawings and implementation of the following works:
– New boiler room and incinerator in the basement
– Restaurant and serving area on the first and second floors above the existing entrance.

The safe construction of the two additional floors above the entrance required additional structural elements such as columns, beams and walls around the ground floor at the exact location of the additions on the 1st and 2nd floors.
The architectural form follows the existing patterns because the small scale of the study does not justify any differentiation.
Three ramps have also been designed to allow the unobstructed circulation of persons with movement difficulties according to the relative regulations.
