Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) constitute an important reform towards the construction of public infrastructure and the provision of qualitative services to citizens.
Takis Gavrilis & Partners Design Group have been entrusted with providing Technical Consultant Services regarding the design, construction, financing, maintenance, facility management and catering of the two new hospitals in Thessaloniki, Greece through PPP. Both Oncological and Paediatric Hospitals will have up to 400 beds and will be designed according to specifiacations of other similar modern hospitals of the same type.
These PPP projects fall under the strategic plan of the Ministry of Health and Social Solidarity for offering modern clinical services. Both are long demanded projects, that will significantly contribute to the improvement of the provision of medical and nursery services for paediatric and oncological cases in Thessaloniki and Northern Greece.
