The project was concerned with the rearrangement and change of use of an existing building comprising 2027m2 and previously used as a catering production facility, into a modern Health Center. The need of new reinforcement on various structural elements was vital and necessary in order to proceed to the building’s change of use into a Health Center according to Greek Law.
The landscape of the building was also redeveloped through the use of embankments used to provide easier access to visitors through the Ground Floor. In addition, a transportation network was developed including parking spaces for staff as well as for visitors.
Lastly, the provision of green areas was also a key aspect in the development of the center’s landscape.
