The aim of this project was to produce a design for the full reconstruction of the existing building of the clinic standing in 754.25 m2 plot in the center of Athens and the transformation of it into a modern diagnostic and treatment center.
The clinic includes an In-Patient Department with a capacity of 100 beds. Operating and Diagnostics Departments (including MRI and CT Scanning), Special Treatment Units, Administration department, common use areas for patients, visitors and services support installations in the basement of the building.
The refurbishment works included the complete re-arrangement of spaces and facilities in order to achieve greater value of service through the effective distribution of functions and operations.
Finally, the design involved the modernization of permanent and mobile equipment and the full reconstruction of the facades with the aim to have a unified look and to promote the modern, technologically updated functions of the clinic.
