Complete Architectural Design of a New Modern Orthopedic & Traumatology Clinic in Erbill, KRG

The scope of the project is to carry out a New Architectural Design for the construction of a “Private Orthopedic and Traumatology Clinic” according to the requirements of the owner and to European Specifications, to the extend possible, due to the existing, already built structure, i.e. the building frame. Great emphasis is to be given to the clinic’s Operation Rooms in terms of the functionality of the department as well as its sterility conditions and to the general effective operation of the clinic.
The total area of the plot is 449,80m² (13 m. x 34.80 m.) and the building extends above the ground level (no basement) to the ground floor, three storeys and two roofs. In front there is a recession of 2.5 m.
According to the proposal, the clinic can adequately accommodate a range of 30 to 35 patients, maximum at a time, who would require also a limited number of personnel and therefore a reduced auxiliary area in total, compared to a fully developed clinic for which, the available European/ Greek standards are based on.
