The student hospitality center will be developed within a privately owned land of the Stamatakos Foundation in Kastri, Kinouria comprising a total area of 6.115m2.
The purpose of the building is to provide living accommodation for young students coming from nearby villages and to provide elementary and high school education for both young boys and girls. The center comprises 60 beds and extends above ground level to the ground floor and to 2 storeys of a total area of 1.400m2. In addition, the building includes accommodation rooms for the staff as well as dining hall, library, teaching rooms, recreation rooms, administration and utility rooms.
The landscaping of the surrounding area of the building includes high and low vegetation and many ‘green’ features, while on the west side of the plot there will be an outdoor swimming pool with appropriate seating and canopies.
The design has been implemented with the aim to maximize the quality of life of all of its residents while incorporating the local Architectural styles and standards and respecting the environment.
